I was born and raised in Auckland. I graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 1987. Following graduation I worked two years in an Auckland practice under the guidance of an excellent dentist who took an active interest in developing my clinical skills during the critical two years following graduation. From here I went on to work in a central London practice for three years combined with extensive travel throughout Europe.
I was born and educated in New Zealand competing in rugby, martial arts and athletics during my high school and university years, finally graduating from Otago in 1986 with BDS and BSc(Hons). Subsequently, I began practising dentistry in 1987 (see below for previous employment) before taking up a position in Newmarket in 1990.
Angela Cummins our Practice Manager has worked in dentistry for the past twenty-two years. She has had many varied roles including chairside assisting, reception in a specialist practice and several years in dental supply companies doing call centre/inventory and product management roles.
Angela has worked at Casley Wong and Neumann for over six years and has become a familiar face and voice to our regular patients, many of whom she can remember by name if they just pop in without an appointment in the book! With her many years’ experience in the dental environment, Angela is confident answering questions and dealing with any situation that may arise before or after your appointment.
When away from work, Angela enjoys spending time in her kitchen trying new recipes, loves reading, and good scary movies!
I enjoy challenging my mind and body with regular practice of Iyengar Yoga and Ocean swimming.
Other interests are raw food, numbers and people societies/communities are a passion of mine.
